Terms of Service for Mimi's Learning Blocks Daycare
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Mimi's Learning Blocks Daycare ("the Daycare"). By enrolling your child, you agree to these terms.
2. Enrollment and Payment
Enrollment requires completion of a non-refundable registration fee of $100.
3. Health and Safety
Parents must inform the Daycare of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs. The Daycare follows all state health regulations and maintains a safe environment. Parents must provide a copy of their child's immunization records and a physician's statement of health upon enrollment.
4. Liability Waiver
Parents agree to release the Daycare from liability for any injuries incurred during daycare activities, except in cases of gross negligence. The Daycare maintains liability insurance coverage.
5. Field Trips and Outdoor Activities
Parents must provide written permission for their child to participate in field trips. The Daycare will notify parents in advance of any planned field trips. Parents agree to release the Daycare from liability for any injuries incurred during field trips or outdoor activities, except in cases of gross negligence. The Daycare will maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios during all activities. Parents are responsible for keeping their contact information up-to-date.
6. Third Party Vendors
The Daycare may occasionally hire third-party vendors to provide enrichment activities or services. Parents agree to release the Daycare from liability for any injuries or issues that arise from these third-party services, except in cases of gross negligence. The Daycare will ensure that all third-party vendors are properly licensed and insured.
7. Discipline Policy
The Daycare follows a positive discipline approach. Physical punishment is never used. Parents will be notified of any persistent behavioral issues.
8. Termination of Care
The Daycare reserves the right to terminate care for non-payment of fees, failure to comply with policies, or if the Daycare determines it can no longer meet the child's needs.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any legal disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Maryland.
